Napo Ramodibedi: BSocSc; LLB; LLM (Maritime Law)(UCT); Blue MBA (Copenhagen). Napo Ramodibedi is the founder and Executive Chairman of the Mendi Group of companies, headquartered in Johannesburg South Africa and with oAice in 5 countries throughout Africa. He is also the Chairman of the Blue MBA Association at Copenhagen
Business School in Denmark. Napo is a maritime lawyer by profession and holds, amongst others, a masters in maritime law and an Executive MBA in shipping and logistics from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. Napo is a certified Blue Board professional, having completed the specialized board training program for shipping companies at
Copenhagen Business School. Napo is highly specialized in shipping and logistics, with a particular specialization on
critical minerals logistics throughout Africa. He also has extensive experience in maritime law and international trade law. Napo focuses on pit-to-port logistics for critical minerals, including port operations and
expansions required to support the increased demand for critical minerals being
shipped out of Africa, in contrast to the traditionally smaller, shallow draft ports across
many African States.
