Jonathan Ojany is a global executive whose leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that talent, culture, and human connection are the true multipliers of enterprise value. A multi-disciplinary problem solver, he builds diverse, purpose-driven teams and rallies them around bold shared visions that deliver performance with meaning. He most recently served as CFO and Head of Strategy & Transformation at KFC U.S., where he led the strategic, financial, and organizational reinvention of the iconic brand. Prior to that, he shaped global growth and investment strategies at The Coca-Cola Company, strengthened commercial and brand performance at InterContinental Hotels Group, and advised senior leaders across sectors while at McKinsey & Company. Through his career, he has championed consumer-centric strategies that scale globally while remaining deeply relevant locally. A Wharton MBA and Presidential Leadership Scholar, Jonathan is committed to continuous learning as a foundation for transformational leadership. An avid traveler (+50 countries), he draws from the textures of cultures and landscapes, deepening his appreciation for the richness and complexity of the human experience. His worldview fuels a conviction that Africa’s strength lies in its creativity, interconnectedness, and global potential.
