His career spans roles with the U.S. Congress, the United Nations, GIZ, and global healthcare company Fresenius, reflecting deep expertise at the intersection of technology, policy, and government affairs across Africa, Europe, and the U.S. Recognized for his global perspective, Emmanuel is a Schmidt Futures International Strategy Fellow, Atlantik-Brücke Young Leader, Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leader, and Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Emerging Leader.
