Charity Ofosuhene is a digital transformation professional and tech policy advocate with years of experience advancing responsible technology adoption, and strategic innovation. Over the past decade, She has led teams to build the digital infrastructure for companies and international organizations like the UN and US Embassy. Today, while still building products, she leads digital and AI transformations, ensuring strategies, people, and resources align to drive sustainable impact. As founder of Black Tech Lead, she has trained and mentored nearly 1,000 young Africans, secured international funding, and earned a fellowship with the MIT Legatum Center. She has engaged in high-level tech policy discussions, including a roundtable with the U.S. Deputy Secretary of State and a convening with the British High Commissioner on girls, technology, and national development. Charity is currently an MBA candidate at Wharton, focusing on global tech strategy and the governance of emerging technologies.
